RECRUITMENT
All English teachers supplied are fully qualified. Two references are sought including the last academic administrator. All teachers are thoroughly interviewed. Teachers are seen by an Academic Administrator and language consultants who have extensive senior management experience.
REGULAR MONITORING
This takes the shape of an assessment form for each placement. An educational specialist also assesses teachers in the classroom from time to time to make sure highest quality services are provided to our valued customers.
EDUCATIONAL SKILLS
Notable experience such as special needs is held on record - as are skills such as musical capabilities and languages. Ongoing educational resource support is provided to teachers by The Confab.

Enhanced checks are made with the overseas Criminal Records Bureau. A security pass with photo and our telephone number is issued to each member of staff.
